All visual artwork, photography, video content, and modeling showcases featuring Simran Arrora or approved creative collaborators are produced with consenting adults who have verified government-issued identification proving they were at least 18 years of age at the time of photography and production. All participation is entirely consensual and governed by formal creative agreements.

Our platform maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding non-consensual imagery, harassment, child exploitation, hate speech, or human trafficking. Any user attempting to upload, share, solicit, or promote illegal or non-consensual content will have their account immediately terminated, will be permanently blacklisted, and will be reported to appropriate legal and law enforcement authorities.

We adhere to recognized data protection standards, including principles of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and international privacy frameworks. User data is processed strictly for legitimate transactional and platform services. We do not sell user data to data brokers or unauthorized third parties.

All payments for bookings, creative consultations, and fan club access are processed through regulated payment gateways (Razorpay) complying with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). All applicable goods and services taxes are accounted for in accordance with Indian tax regulations.
